Does having fake nails on for a long time damage your real nails?

Though fake nails really makes the nail to look very beautiful, this as well protect the nail from the environment, there are other gains in having a fake nails, for those who wants long nails and do not want them to break with the use of false nails it help in achieving this.

On the other hand there is also the negative side of having this nail on, you got to know that when fixing it, glue is made use of in attaching it to the real nails on removing it most times destroys the true nail, covering the nail for so long a time thus makes it weak, even discolored it.

Not that the fixing of this artificial nails are not that bad, where the problems lies, is when trying to remove them, since they are glued to the main nails thus removing it becomes difficult since some of the glue still have to stick with the nail bed, thus scraping it to get it off the nail surface can result in damaging it.

For ladies who want to have a long nail I will advise to just grow them naturally this is the best way to have strong and healthy nails without the interference of artificials which makes the nails look weak and not too good for physical appearance.
