Why do finger nails grow more quickly than toe nails?
So many people keep asking why their finger nails always
grow more quickly than their toe nail, right here you are going to get the concrete
answer to this question. There are many reasons why the finger nail grow more
faster than that of the toenails.
- the hands in which the nails are been situated are always exposed to the sun whereas the feet most of the time are hidden in the shoe thereby hiding the toe from the sun light and fresh air which plays a vital role in the growth of nail. With the hands constantly being exposed to sun light this increases the rate of blood circulation to this part of the body which in turn stimulates increase growth of the finger nail.
2 . Also there is
this believe which from my own point of view is true, is that the heart is
closest to the hand than to the toe thus blood circulation always get to the
nail in the hand much faster than it will get to the leg.
3. Another known fact
is the activities been done by the hand. The hand is always busy all through
the day, involving in lots of wear and tear than the toe, thus this busy activities
tend to make the finger nail grow more than that of the toe nail. This busy
nature as well account why the nail of your dominant finger grow more than the
other, also the hand that you use most, the nails in that hand grows quickly
than the order one this is as a result of the busy nature or activities the
nail gets involves with.
